Job & Career Support
We give people who want to work the tools and the confidence to seek, secure and keep a job. Our Workforce Development Department helps individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment explore possible careers, prepare for the job market, and find appropriate employment opportunities within their community. This is a referral based program and we work one on one with our consumers.
Our Education & Training Centers offer free classes where participants learn essential skills for today's workplace, as well as how to search for a position, create a resume, complete an application and prepare for an interview.
Through our youth programing, we strive to provide young people with the opportunity to earn money and gain meaningful work experience; learn and develop the skills, attitudes, and commitment necessary to succeed in today's world of work; gain exposure to various career industries and interact with dynamic working professionals in a positive work environment.
