Work Services/Opportunity Plus

Goodwill's Work Services/Opportunity Plus Programs provide transitional to permanent employment opportunities for individuals with employment barriers. Participants are given a chance to gain valuable work experience in a real world environment which enables them to develop a work history and have a current reference from an employer. Demonstrating success in the work environment can significantly increase the likelihood of getting hired in an unsubsidized job for participants with unfavorable or no work history.

The programs not only improve the work skills and confidence level of individuals, they benefit the community at large by adding a productive member to the workforce.
